Your happiness is our first priority, so you can exchange / return an item within 30 days of purchase,
as long as the product is unworn with original tags.


Just pop the items you don't want in the mail (in the original packaging if possible) addressed to:

Returns and Exchanges Department 2/43 Surf Street, Mermaid Beach, QLD 4218

Include your original packing slip OR a note including:
1. Your name
2. Order number
3. Contact number

Once we receive the item in our warehouse, we'll refund you for that item, and you’ll receive and email notifying you that your return has been processed. Please allow TWO WEEKS for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement.  


Simply return the item you do not want following the instructions above. Then, go online and place a separate order for item(s) you do want. This way, you’ll get the items you want faster, as they will be shipped the next business day, and you won’t run the risk of the items selling out.


If you purchased items at a trunk show:
You can either request a store credit, or a refund check. Include your contact information on your return note, and explain which option you would like. Allow at least three weeks for the refund check, since this process takes longer than refunding online orders.

For international orders:
If you’re willing to pay to have the garments shipped back to us, we’ll refund you for the original product, but we cannot refund any shipping or taxes collected by your government.





We do not pay for the cost of shipping the items back to us UNLESS it was an error on our part.

Once we recieve the old items, we will send you an email notifying you that we have credited your card or bank with the refund. Please allow TWO WEEKS for the refund to be issued.




Our factories take pride in providing solid sewing construction, and will honor a six (6) month warranty on stitching. If you do ever bust a stitch, simply mail your item to us at the RETURNS/EXCHANGES address above, along with a printed receipt, and write “Repair” directly onto your receipt. Allow 3 – 4 weeks for us to complete the repair and mail it back to you.
