Tradition

The Del Mar Lifeguard Department hosts and annual tiki torch surf party when the New Zealand Lifeguards are in town on the exchange program.  I grabbed a little clip of my close close friends Slim and Ash from Muirawai Beach, Aukland, doing the Haka- a Mauri war dance.

The crowds get bigger and bigger every year.  The biggest problem is there aren't enough surf boards to go around.  Click the link...
