We've been in coastal France during the area's off-season to check things out a bit.  We wanted to skip the tourist crowd and see what normal people wear in the Hossegor and Biarritz towns, and have eaten more baguettes and cheese than we can handle. We ended up chatting with two womens designers from Quicksilver Europe, who told us they just hit Los Angeles for an inspiration trip for upcoming collections.
