DON'T HIT SNOOZE ⏰
In this case it's true - if you snooze you lose!! We totally get how hard it is to refrain from hitting snooze, especially on those really early mornings, but it's worth keeping in mind that you'll pay for it later in the day if you do cave in. Hitting snooze and heading back to sleep prepares our bodies for another sleep cycle which is then quickly interrupted by your alarm, causing you to feel sluggish throughout the day. Those extra 10 minutes of sleep might not be worth it after all!
Instead, try to maintain a consistent sleep cycle by going to sleep and waking up at the same time each day. Eventually, your body will naturally wake up at your desired time and you won't even feel the need to hit snooze. DRINK A BIG GLASS OF WATER 💧
After a whole night of snoozing, your body is in need of some serious hydration! One of the first things you should do when you wake up is gulp down a big glass of water to rehydrate. 10 minutes is all you need. Instead of your usual 10 min snooze, spend this time practising deep breathing and meditation. Being still is powerful, and sometimes slowing down is the real key to success.

It's long been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because it sets you up with the fuel you need to feel energised and be productive. Make moving a habit by getting it done first thing in the morning.
Even if you have training after school, some stretching to start your day will get you ready for your crazy day, and will help you feel extra fresh and ready to go come training time anyway!
