WHAT IT DOES 
It is small but it packs a big training punch. This device lifts hips and legs to focus on swimming with proper technique. By putting focus on the hips, it helps swimmers build core strength. The EVA foam also provides durability and prevents skin irritation.

HOW IT DELIVERS  
The Foam Pull Buoy immobilises legs and provides lift to help build upper body strength and increase focus on correct hip rotation. The Foam Pull Buoy aligns the body from head to toe and improves symmetry.
