WHEN WILL YOU COME TO A TOWN/EVENT NEAR ME AGAIN?

Unfortunately, the current climate is making it pretty tricky to organise travel plans and lock in events, so we haven't been able to host as many pop-ups as we would've liked. We miss seeing you all, so we're trying to come visit as often as possible - we're doing our best to get to national level events, particularly in QLD.

Keep an eye on our socials or check out our events calendar to see what events we'll be at and when we're hosting a pop-up in your area. If we aren't already coming to a town or event near you, you can always get your girl squad together and register to host a pop-up online.

DO YOU HAVE ANY AMBASSADORS?

We sponsor top level athletes from a variety of sports such as swimmers, triathletes, beach-volleyballers, and surf iron-women. We also enjoy rewarding inspirational women who are out there killing it and posting epic content on the 'gram with some fresh gear, as we love seeing our togs far and wide in as many sports and locations as possible.

A few of you asked, "how can I become an ambassador?" The answer - firstly, you must be 18+, and if you are, keep doing yo' thang and tagging us in your pics rocking your JOLYN's so we can follow your journey. You may be next on our list to sponsor or send some rad new togs to!

All of our prints and contrasts are limited edition so are very rarely restocked, AKA, you gotta get 'em while they're hot!

ARE YOU WORKING ON ANY NEW DESIGNS/STYLES?

Our parent company, JOLYN Clothing, is based in the U.S and their design team are always working hard on creating our new swimwear prints and styles. Two brand new prints have made their way to us in Aus and have just landed online, check out PEBBLY and OMEGA here 🤩

Our recent contrast Perry's, however, were designed right here in the land of Oz and are exclusive to the Australasia region, so keep an eye out for our next contrast Perry drop. We've also been busy designing some fun new, Australian exclusive accessories and apparel for you girls that will be revealed soon. We know you're gonna love them!

DO YOU EVER HAVE SALES OR DISCOUNTS? IF NOT, WHY?

Questions we get asked many times a day: "I'm ordering for a team, do we get them cheaper?"... "I have a really full cart, can I have a discount?" ... "When are you having a sale?" ... "Where can I find your discounted items?"... and to each of these questions, we have just one answer.

We try to keep our prices low all year round, so it's fair for everyone and no one feels like they've missed out on the deal of the century. Hence, you won't find clearance items doing their final lap on our website, we don't offer discounts for groups or teams or bulk purchases, and you'll be on a never ending hunt trawling those fabulous promo code sites trying to find a JOLYN coupon because, spoiler alert, you won't find one.

WHAT ARE YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL & SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES AS A COMPANY?

Plastic-free is becoming a way of life; we're embracing it here at JOLYN and we want you to follow suit (pun intended). As part of our 'Plastic Free July' campaign last year, we challenged our customers to opt out of packaging with their next order, to instead have their fresh togs packed in our new 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️MERMAIDZ PRINT🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️ Dry Bag for $5 (RRP $10), so they could have a super convenient, non-plastic way to transport your soggy togs after training. With 1 in 10 of our legendary customers getting on board to make the change to reduce their plastic use, this campaign was so successful that we decided to keep the 'make my order plastic free' option on our website permanently!

In 2020, we also introduced our new ♻️recycled♻️ suits, made from up-cycled plastic bottles. They're pretty rad, and so far available in the Surfrider print, and the Capri solid (think Deep Blue Sea, but fresher!). Check them out here.
