Whilst there are no delays in getting your orders out our doors, there may be some limitations on postal systems in your area due to regional restrictions*, so please give your delivery drivers a little extra time to get their jobs done safely and securely.

YES! In-store collection is the latest and greatest way to get exactly what you're after! If this is your first time buying with us or you want to try a new cut, this is your saviour. Shop online, choose your style, size, colour (the whole rainbow if you want), and select "In-store collection" for your shipping method. Your order will be packed up and ready for you to collect from our office on the Gold Coast Highway the following business day between 2pm-4pm (give us a call on 0403 233 910 if you're having trouble finding us). You're most welcome to try on your togs when you come to pick them up, and swap over anything that isn't quite "you". We want you to look and feel confident, beautiful and ready to take on the world in your new JOLYN's!

Parcels will be ready for collection after 2pm the next business day (collection isn't available on weekends!) of placing your order, i.e. if you order on Monday at 3pm, your togs will be ready by 2pm on Tuesday, excluding orders with printing. You will receive a dispatch notification via email or text when your order is ready to collect.

All JOLYN swimwear styles are Chlorine Resistant! Our swimwear is made with 100% Polyester Fabric. The greatest news is that even our lining is 100% polyester meaning that your suit will tackle the chlorine better than any other brand. 

Always remember to thoroughly rinse the chlorine out of your suit after being in the pool, especially if you're storing your suit away for any period of time.

JOLYN is designed by athletes for athletes. All of our swimwear is suitable for training....yes that even includes the triangle top!  We pride ourselves on creating swimwear that not only looks good but stays on, as long as you double knot the tie-backs we promise they won't come undone during the hardest of workouts.   

We do have a few bottoms that are drawstring-less that have been created for our Beach Volleyball athletes. They are perfect for diving in the sand however we do not recommend them for diving in the pool or the ocean. These bottoms are very well labelled on the website to ensure you don't order them by mistake.  

To keep your swimmers so fresh and so clean, rinse them in cold water (no soap needed) and hang dry. Please DO NOT iron, dry clean, bleach, or put your togs in the dryer! For more info on how to best look after your togs, head to our Swimwear Care Tips blog. 

Note that pilling is a common problem with all swimwear, so please avoid abrasive surfaces like sitting on concrete and pool edges. No replacements can be given if your suit does begin to pill, but you can easily tidy them up with an electric lint shaver.

Our suits tend to run smaller than most other swimwear brands. If you are unsure of your size we usually recommend going one size up from what you normally wear. Click here for our size chart and measurement guide.

No, none of our suits have padding or shelf bras built in. JOLYNs are designed to fit like a second skin, so they move as closely with you as possible. All suits are lined with thick polyester, so there's no chance of see-through scandals. Some of our customers have put their own padding into swim tops, by making a tiny incision between the lining (we don't recommend this 🙈 but it is doable). Others find wearing another swim top under their onesie provides that extra support they need.

We design and tailor our suits in the United States, and manufacture them all over the world. We believe strongly in being a socially responsible company and work closely along side our awesome production crew to get our suits made with top quality.

We recommend thoroughly hand rinsing and air drying your suit after every use. Please avoid using washing machines or dryers as these may cause damage to your JOLYN.

It's super important to rinse as much chlorine out of your suit as possible after being in the pool, especially if you're storing your suit away for any period of time.

We do our best to restock our core solid colours every few months, although things are taking a little longer to get our hands on at the moment, due to manufacturing delays throughout COVID-19 closures. Prints and contrast suits are limited edition and do not get restocked online once they have been sold out.

If the style you're after is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when that item is restocked. Simply click the 'Can't find your size?' button on your chosen product and add your details.

Once you place an order, we start on the packing and shipping process right away, so we are unable to make changes. If you realise you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email us.

Please note, during product launches, sale periods and special releases, we won't be able to edit or cancel your order.
Very rarely, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, your chosen payment method will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. We try our best to get you your suits right away. Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are generally processed and dispatched that afternoon. During exclusive releases, sale periods and holiday seasons, your orders may take an extra 24hrs to process.

Allow about a week for orders with printing, as these require a lot more work on our end. Orders placed after 10am on Friday, on the weekend, or on Public Holidays, will ship out the following Monday [or closest business day], as we are closed weekends and Public Holidays. This includes both Express & Standard shipping services.

Sometimes orders get delivered to your local post office or the wrong house by accident. First check with your neighbours, mailman and local post office.

Sometimes, your suit just ain't quite right - we know that! While we don't offer exchanges (our stock moves so fast, we just can't guarantee that the style/size you wanted will be in stock by the time your returned suit gets back to us), we do offer full refunds if you're not 100% in love with your new purchase [excluding sale items].
